	USDA Announced Funds for Blender Pumps USDA Rural Development announced Friday that their REAP Program would again include funding for blender pumps in this fiscal year to support the Administration’s goal of 10,000 blender pumps. Applications are due on March 30, 2012 and the BYO Ethanol Campaign will provide grant writing services at no cost for applicants to utilize throughout the open application period. Funding was drastically reduced from 2011 levels, though millions in grant dollars remain, along with potential loan guarantees.
